Mriya

Thrissur, Kerala

A home imagined as a dream and shaped with trust, Mriya unfolds as a bold yet sensitive response to its lush Kerala context. Set within a site dense with nutmeg trees, the design preserves and embraces nature, allowing architecture to grow around it. A striking red palette flows through floors, stairs, and details, becoming a thread that ties spaces together. The house is anchored by a light-filled central core, with open, connected living areas and quiet private retreats. Large openings blur indoors and outdoors, inviting light, air, and greenery in. More than a residence, Mriya is a lived experience, where nature, light, and emotion come together seamlessly.
