INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Buildofy (the "Platform"), operated by Skyboard Media LLP (the "LLP", "we", "us", or "our"), welcomes you to its website located at https://www.buildofy.com/ (the "Website") and/or its mobile application (the "App"). The Platform is a subscription-based media platform that publishes interesting architecture projects designed by architects in India. We do this primarily through semi-documentary films, in-depth eBooks and printed coffee table books. Along with publishing, we connect such firms and/or the vendors ("Firms" and “Vendor”(more particularly defined herein after)) with users ("Users" or "you") seeking services, products, designs, and project information.

These Terms of Use ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the LLP governing your access to and use of the Platform. By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"Architectural Designs" means architectural drawings, plans, sketches, renderings, specifications, project documentation, and other materials provided by Firms on the Platform, including but not limited to floor plans, elevations, sections, and amenity information. "Firms" means registered architectural firms and other professionals offering such design and construction services listed on the Platform "Content" means all information, data, text, images, photographs, graphics, , architectural plans & drawings, project information, and other materials available on or through the Platform. “Videos” means all audiovisual Content in the form of films, clips, recordings or other video formats produced, filmed, recorded or otherwise created by or on behalf of the LLP for the Platform, and forms part of the Platform IP owned or controlled by the LLP. "Platform Services" means the services provided through the Platform, including browsing architectural project listings, accessing Architectural Designs, filtering and searching projects, connecting with Firms, and related functionalities. "Subscription Plan" means the various subscription tiers or packages offered by the Platform, as detailed on our Plans Page, which govern user access to specific features, Content, and connection capabilities. "Free Content" means Content and features accessible without a paid Subscription Plan. "Premium Content" means Content, Architectural Designs, Videos, detailed project information (eBooks), and features accessible only through a paid Subscription Plan. "User Account" means the account created by a User or Firm to access Platform Services. "Vendor" means any third-party product or service provider approved by the LLP showcasing its products on the Platform. "Vendor Products" means goods, merchandise, and/or services showcased by Vendors on the Platform, including related descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, videos and other materials.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Eligibility Criteria

To use the Platform, you represent and warrant that: You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, or, if you are a minor, you are using the Platform solely under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian in accordance with clause (g) below; You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable law; You are not an "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872; You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Platform; Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws of India and your jurisdiction of residence; All information provided by you during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete; Persons below the age of eighteen (18) years may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms. Where a minor accesses any paid Subscription Plan, the parent or legal guardian shall be deemed the contracting party for all purposes under these Terms, including payment obligations, consistent with the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for ensuring that minors' use of the Platform complies with these Terms and applicable law. The LLP shall not be liable for any unauthorized use by minors.

Account Creation and Security

To access certain Platform Services, including Premium Content and connection features, you must create a User Account by providing accurate information as required during the registration process. You agree to: Provide true, authentic, accurate, and complete information during registration. Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete; Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including username and password; Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your User Account; Immediately notify the LLP in writing of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach; Not share your account credentials with any third party, as the usage is personal and not for group; Not create multiple accounts or create accounts using false or misleading information; Not use another person's account without authorization. You shall be solely liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. The LLP shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

SCOPE OF PLATFORM SERVICES

Nature of Services

The Platform operates as a subscription-based media platform that publishes interesting architecture projects designed by talented architects in India and facilitates connections between Firms, and Users seeking the Platform Services. The Platform provides: A digital repository of architectural project listings, designs, and information provided by Firms; Search, filter, and browse functionalities enabling Users to discover projects based on location, amenities, architects, design styles, and other parameters; Subscription-based access to Premium Content, including detailed Architectural Designs and enhanced connection features; Communication facilitation between Users, Firms; Information, educational content, and resources related to architecture and design.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, with respect to Vendor Products, the Platform operates solely as an online intermediary that allows Vendors showcase and promote Vendor Products and allows Users to discover such Vendor Products and connect with Vendors. Any discussions, negotiations, offers, acceptances, orders, purchases, returns, refunds, replacements, aftersales support or other commercial dealings relating to Vendor Products are directly between Users and Vendors. The LLP is not and shall not be deemed to be a seller, retailer, distributor, agent, partner, representative, insurer or guarantor of any Vendor or Vendor Products. The LLP does not independently verify any Vendor Listings and disclaims all liability arising from any errors, omissions or misrepresentations therein. The LLP is not a party to any such contracts and has no obligations or liabilities arising therefrom, except to the limited extent expressly set out in these Terms. The Platform may provide chat, enquiry forms, call connection or other communication tools to enable Users and Vendors to communicate. Such tools are provided merely as a facilitative technology. The LLP does not review, approve, filter or guarantee the content of any communications between Users and Vendors and shall not be responsible for any commitments, representations, promises or assurances made in such communications.

Intermediary Status

The LLP functions as an "intermediary" as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act"), providing an information technology platform for users to access, share, and disseminate architectural information and facilitating connections between Firms/Vendors and Users. The Platform does not: Provide architectural services, consultation, or professional advice; Act as an agent, representative, or employee of any Firm/Vendor; Participate in, supervise, or control the provision of services by Firms/Vendors; Guarantee, warrant, or endorse any Firm/Vendor, their services, qualifications, or designs; Enter into any contractual relationship on behalf of Users or Firms/Vendor. The LLP merely provides a technological platform for information dissemination and connection facilitation. All professional relationships, contracts, and transactions for services are directly between Users and Firms/Vendor as the case may be.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS, PAYMENT TERMS, AND BILLING

Subscription Plans

Access to certain Platform Services and Premium Content requires a paid Subscription Plan. The LLP offers various subscription tiers as detailed on the Plans Page, which may include: Free Plan: Limited access to basic project listings and information; Premium Plans: Enhanced access to detailed Architectural Designs, plans, project views, download capabilities (as the case may be), and direct connection features with Firms; The specific features, limitations, and pricing for each Subscription Plan are detailed on our Plans Page and are incorporated herein by reference. The LLP reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue Subscription Plans at any time with prior notice to existing subscribers.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods: Users must provide one or more valid payment methods (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, or other methods accepted by the Platform) to subscribe to Premium Plans. By providing payment information, you authorize the LLP to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method. Pricing: All subscription fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. The LLP reserves the right to modify pricing upon thirty (30) days' prior notice to existing subscribers. Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed on the frequency selected by you during subscription (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified). Your subscription commences immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Failed Payments: If payment cannot be processed for any reason, the LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Premium Content and services until payment is successfully completed.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and Refund Policy: All subscription fees and subscription charges must be paid in advance and in full prior to accessing the Platform or any Premium Content. All payments made to the LLP are strictly non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable. Your membership or Subscription Plan shall expire automatically at the end of the purchased subscription period, with no auto-renewal and no further charges to your designated payment method, and you shall not be entitled to any pro-rata refund, credit, or reimbursement for any unexpired portion. The LLP shall not be under any obligation to refund or reimburse any fee on any ground whatsoever, except as may be mandated under applicable law, and including on humanitarian grounds, non-usage, or change of mind. The LLP further reserves the right to terminate access immediately without refund in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your subscription. The LLP will charge and collect applicable taxes as required by Indian law.

Payment Gateway and Processing

All payment transactions on the Platform are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways authorized by the Reserve Bank of India. The LLP does not store complete payment card details on its servers. Payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment gateway for processing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Platform Intellectual Property

Ownership: The Platform, including the Website and / or App, features, functionality, software, code, databases, technology, designs, Videos, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and other materials (collectively, "Platform IP"), excluding Architectural Designs, Content are owned by the LLP or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, Trade Marks Act, 1999, Designs Act, 2000, and Information Technology Act, 2000.

Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, the LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to: (i) Modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Platform IP; (ii) Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (iii) Frame, mirror, or incorporate the Platform into any other website or application; (iv) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform; (v) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Trademarks: Buildofy, the LLP logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the LLP. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of the LLP. All other names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

User Rights in Architectural Designs: Subject to your Subscription Plan and compliance with these Terms:

(i) Free Plan Users: May view thumbnail images and basic project information but are expressly prohibited from downloading, copying, reproducing, or using Architectural Designs, Content and Videos; (ii) Paid Subscription Users: Are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, download, and use Architectural Designs, Content and Videos strictly for personal reference, inspiration, and non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant any rights to: Reproduce, construct, or execute any building or structure based on such designs without obtaining separate written consent and engaging the Firm directly; Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the designs; Commercially exploit, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the designs; Claim ownership or authorship of the designs; Remove, alter, or obscure any authorship attribution, copyright notices, or watermarks.

PROHIBITED USE AND USER CONDUCT

Prohibited Activities

In using the Platform, you shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

(a) Unlawful or Harmful Activities:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms; Upload, post, transmit, or share any Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise objectionable; Engage in any activity that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, or incites commission of any cognizable offense; Violate any provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, or any other applicable law.

(b) Intellectual Property Violations:

Upload, share, or distribute any Content that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights; Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Architectural Designs except as expressly permitted by your Subscription Plan; Use Architectural Designs for construction or commercial purposes without obtaining proper authorization and entering into professional services agreements with Firms; Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, watermarks, authorship attribution, or other proprietary markings; Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or designs from protected Content.

(c) Misuse of Platform:

Engage in web scraping, data mining, harvesting, crawling, or automated extraction of Content or data from the Platform; Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Platform without express written permission; Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or features that prevent unauthorized use or copying of Content; Upload or transmit viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code; Interfere with, disrupt, or impose unreasonable burdens on the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other users' accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Platform; Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

(d) Fraudulent and Deceptive Practices:

Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or use of the Platform; Submit false reviews, ratings, or feedback about Firms; Engage in any fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or chargeback abuse; Create fake accounts or engage in identity theft; Manipulate or attempt to manipulate any rating, ranking, or search algorithm.

(e) Misrepresentation and Unauthorized Practice:

Hold yourself out as a registered architect or architectural firm if you are not duly registered with the Council of Architecture under the Architects Act, 1972; Provide architectural services, consultation, or professional advice through the Platform without proper registration and qualifications; Use the title "Architect" or similar designations without being registered under the Architects Act, 1972.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Use

Violation of these prohibited use provisions may result in: Immediate removal or redaction of offending Content; Temporary suspension or permanent termination of your User Account without refund; Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by law; Civil or criminal liability under applicable laws; Claims for damages and injunctive relief by the LLP or affected third parties.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

No Professional Architectural Advice or Services

The Platform does not provide architectural, engineering, construction, or other professional services. No Content, Architectural Designs, or listings on the Platform constitute professional advice, recommendations, or endorsements. The LLP does not verify or endorse the qualifications, expertise, or conduct of any Firm. Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence, engaging qualified professionals, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and site-specific requirements. Users should also enter into appropriate written agreements with any engaged professionals and verify the suitability of any designs for their intended use. Architectural Designs and project-related information are provided for illustrative purposes only and are site-specific. They are not intended for direct construction use and may require substantial modification, detailed drawings, engineering validation, and regulatory approvals. The LLP does not warrant compliance with applicable laws, codes, or safety standards, and does not verify structural integrity or cost estimates. Users are solely responsible for engaging qualified professionals and ensuring regulatory compliance. The LLP disclaims all responsibility for third-party services referenced on the Platform.

No Warranty as to Accuracy, Completeness, or Suitability

THE LLP MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, SUITABILITY, COMPLIANCE, STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE OF ANY CONTENT, ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS, OR PROJECT INFORMATION. THE LLP DOES NOT VERIFY OR GUARANTEE THE QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCE, OR WORK QUALITY OF FIRMS.

No Warranty as to Vendor Products

THE LLP DOES NOT MANUFACTURE, IMPORT, OWN, SELL, RESELL, WAREHOUSE, STORE, INSPECT, REPAIR, PACKAGE, DELIVER, WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY VENDOR PRODUCTS. THE LLP DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, PERFORMANCE, DURABILITY OR COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS OF ANY VENDOR PRODUCTS, OR REGARDING ANY VENDOR’S ABILITY TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS. ALL VENDOR PRODUCTS ARE OFFERED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BY THE RELEVANT VENDOR.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM, ALL CONTENT, ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS, VENDOR PRODUCTS AND PLATFORM SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, services, or resources. The LLP does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites or resources. Access to and use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of such third parties. The LLP disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party sites or services.

User Interactions and Transactions

The LLP is not responsible for and disclaims all liability regarding: Interactions, communications, agreements, or transactions between Users and Firms; The conduct, behaviour, or professional competence of Firms or other users; Disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from User- Firm relationships; Payment disputes, contractual breaches, or professional liability issues; Quality, timeliness, or performance of architectural services; Any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from such interactions. Users acknowledge sole responsibility for exercising due diligence, caution, and reasonable precautions in all interactions with Firms and other users. The LLP strongly recommends conducting thorough background checks, verifying credentials, obtaining written contracts, and seeking independent legal and professional advice before engaging architectural services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the LLP and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers (“LLP Parties”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; business interruption; loss of opportunity; costs of substitute services; or any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, Content, or Architectural Designs, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

(b) Cap on Liability: The aggregate liability of the LLP Parties arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) INR 5,000.

DATA PRIVACY

The LLP’s collection, use, and handling of User’s personal data in connection with the Platform is governed by the Privacy Notice, available at https://www.buildofy.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES BY USERS

By accessing and using the Platform, you represent, warrant, and covenant that: All information provided by you is true, accurate, current, and complete; You will maintain and update information to ensure continued accuracy; You possess the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms; You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms; You will not use the Platform for any unauthorized or illegal purpose; Your use of the Platform will not infringe any third-party rights; You acknowledge that Architectural Designs are protected by copyright; You will not construct buildings based on designs without proper authorization; You will exercise independent judgment and due diligence in all decisions; You will not rely solely on Platform Content for professional decisions; You acknowledge the risks, limitations, and disclaimers set forth in these Terms.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Termination by LLP

The LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without cause, with or without prior notice, if: You breach any provision of these Terms; You engage in prohibited conduct or unlawful activities; You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; Your account has been inactive for an extended period; The LLP, in its sole discretion, believes your use of the Platform is unsuitable, inappropriate, or harmful to the Platform, other users, or the LLP's interests; Required by law, court order, or regulatory authority; Payment obligations are not met; Your conduct poses security or legal risks. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform shall immediately cease. Termination shall not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations, and applicable provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination or expiration of your account: All licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately terminate; You must cease all use of the Platform, Content, and Architectural Designs; You must delete or destroy all copies of downloaded Content in your possession; Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive; Outstanding payment obligations shall remain due and payable;

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the LLP Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation costs) arising out of or related to: Your access to or use of the Platform, Content, or Architectural Designs; Your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law or regulation; Your infringement of any intellectual property right or other right of any third party; Content or information you upload, post, or transmit through the Platform; Your engagement with Firms and any professional services agreements or disputes arising therefrom; Any construction, execution, or implementation of Architectural Designs accessed through the Platform; Your negligent, wilful, or unlawful conduct; Your misrepresentation of facts or credentials; Any claims by third parties arising from your use of the Platform. The LLP reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully with the LLP's defence of such claims.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform, the courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the dispute.

FORCE MAJEURE

The LLP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labour disputes, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, hacking, cyber-attacks, or failures of third-party service providers. During any force majeure event, the LLP's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such event, and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the LLP regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

No failure or delay by the LLP in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege. Any waiver by the LLP must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the LLP to be effective.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the LLP. The LLP may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

Notices

All notices, demands, or communications required or permitted under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed delivered when: (a) Personally delivered; (b) Sent by registered post or courier to the address provided; (c) Sent by email to the registered email address with confirmation of receipt; (d) Posted as a prominent notice on the Platform.

Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates or shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, principal-agent, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and the LLP. You are an independent user accessing a technology platform.

Language

These Terms are executed in the English language. In case of any translation of these Terms into any other language, the English version shall prevail to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency.

Headings

The headings and captions used in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of these Terms.

Counterparts

Your acceptance of these Terms through electronic means (clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or continuing to use the Platform) shall be deemed equivalent to your written acceptance and signature.

Modifications to Platform And Terms

The LLP may, at its discretion, modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, including features, Content, access limits, or Subscription Plans, without prior notice or liability, subject to applicable law. The LLP may also amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you must discontinue use, and your existing Subscription Plan shall continue until it expires automatically in accordance with Section 5.3.

GOVERNMENT BINDING

These Terms shall be binding upon and applicable to all Users, including government entities, public undertakings, and government officials accessing the Platform in their official or personal capacity, subject to applicable laws governing government contracts and procurement.
