Designed for a restaurateur, the home reflects his connection to hospitality, craftsmanship, and sensory experiences through warm materials, handcrafted artifacts, and carefully framed spaces. Sloping roofs, deep overhangs, shaded verandahs, and generous openings create a naturally ventilated home that responds to the tropical climate. At its centre, a dramatic double-height courtyard brings together light, water, greenery, and everyday life. A reflective water court with koi ponds and suspended brass elements adds a sense of calm and ritual.
