3 Homes and a Garden

Located within a busy neighborhood in the heart of Bengaluru, 3 Homes and a Garden, a home for three families with a common terrace garden redefines luxury and contemporary living. One such space is the pooja courtyard. Designed to appear as one monolithic sculpture carved out of white marble, this space is crowned by a skylight making it even more ethereal. The distinct facade, use of diverse materials, detail-oriented and understated interiors, and varied artworks are some of the key highlights of this project. The Principal Architect walks through the house and explains how he worked out a similar zoning strategy on all floors while keeping in mind the individual tastes and requirements of all three families.
