About Project
Kripa is a home shaped as much by its context as by the personalities of the people who live in it. Set on a compact 1500 sq. ft. corner plot in an evolving old neighborhood, the house responds with openness, clarity, and intention. Every choice, from the fluid layout to the carefully placed skylights, was guided by a desire for light-filled, breathable spaces that remain private yet connected to the outdoors. Inside, boundaries dissolve as the living, dining, and kitchen merge into one continuous expanse, anchored by a soaring double-height volume. Each floor is purposefully zoned, allowing shared spaces to thrive while private rooms retreat quietly into the background. Sustainable features like solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and lush yet low-maintenance green pockets complete the home’s ethos. The house stands as a thoughtful balance of simplicity and sustainability, an urban dwelling designed to feel effortless, open, and deeply personal.
