About Project
Set within a vast site in Ahmedabad, Nirmay is envisioned as a tranquil retreat seamlessly embedded in nature. Surrounded by lush fruit orchards and layered landscaping, the home’s architecture is rooted in biophilic design, emphasizing a deep connection with the earth, water, and sky. With a built-up area of 15,993 sq. ft., this ground-plus-one structure crafts an experience that is immersive, serene, and fluidly orchestrated. The arrival journey begins at a 5,000 sq. ft. rockfall area, paired with a 450 sq. ft. Rockfall and a 764 sq. ft. informal seating zone nestled beside it. Visitors cross a bridge through this landscape feature, entering the core garden zones before progressing along large, stepped platforms that guide them to the main living quarters. The spatial plan is thoughtfully layered, with five bedrooms, expansive living and dining zones, a well-appointed kitchen, and an indoor games room. A swimming pool with a deck and change facilities amplifies the leisure element. The 790 sq. ft. lily pond adjacent to the living area reinforces the calm ethos, reflecting both water and light into the interiors. A separate party area with a kitchen and restrooms sits closer to the orchards, allowing for dynamic hosting and celebrations.
