About Project
A careful balance of light, shade, and openness shapes this 11,000 sq ft Tesseract House. Deep cantilevers, louvred facades, and landscaped edges work together to reduce heat while maintaining a strong connection to the outdoors. The home is organised around a series of interconnected volumes, anchored by a double-height space that brings light deep into the plan. At its centre, a bold, exposed concrete cube serves as both a visual anchor and a defining element of the house. Landscape is woven throughout, from garden buffers at the front to a sunken courtyard that transforms the basement into a bright and usable space. The house combines concrete, wood, and stone to create a home that feels calm, climate-responsive, and quietly luxurious.
