The Earth and Wind

Located in a gated community in Bhopal, The Earth and Wind is designed using earthy materials, with the aim of maximising the entry of light and ventilation into the house. A foyer leads into the dining room which further flows into a living room which also houses an informal dining and bar area and concludes at a garden space at the rear end of the house thus creating an open plan on the ground floor where each space flows into each other. A central courtyard that runs cutting three floors connects the house vertically and brings in sufficient light throughout the day.
