About Project
Set in the industrial outskirts of Tamil Nadu, Perforation Stori is a refined interpretation of privacy-focused luxury living. Designed for a family seeking openness without exposure, the home is planned around nature and connectivity, ensuring clarity in movement while maintaining layered connections between indoor and outdoor spaces. The architectural form plays with cuboidal volumes and subtle voids, offering both spatial drama and environmental responsiveness. The residence features a triple-height courtyard, koi fish pond with a glass bridge, and landscaped greens that anchor the home in nature. Vertical GFRC panels and MS louvres allow natural light and ventilation to filter through while maintaining visual privacy. Living areas open out to gardens and terraces, with key elements like a rooftop swimming pool, cabana, bar, and spa woven into the upper levels for recreation. Inside, the palette of grey Italian marble, walnut-finish wood, fluted veneers, and mirrors elevates the interiors with understated sophistication. Running entirely on solar power, the home integrates sustainability into its core. Through considered planning, passive design features, and elegant materiality, this project transforms a tight urban plot into a spacious, light-filled retreat that bridges functionality, comfort, and architectural presence.
