About Project
Rooted around a single, commanding tree, the house unfolds as a quiet dialogue with nature. Its form is gently parted into public and private realms, linked by a light bridge that allows sightlines to travel freely, stitching movement and stillness into one continuous experience. Even the skylit divide feels deliberate, gathering the volumes into a composed silhouette.
This deliberate “split” becomes the home’s spine, channeling daylight deep inside and shaping rooms through layered solids, voids, shadows, and projections. Walking through it feels like passing a sequence of framed moments. Within this pause, a zen garden settles softly, binding levels together with greenery and stone. It tempers architecture with calm, allowing built edges and living textures to breathe as one.
