Utsav is a 2500 sq. ft. minimal home shaped by light, volume, and quiet restraint. This residence turns inward to create a calm and connected living environment. Organized around a central courtyard and a double-height core, the design draws in natural light while maintaining privacy within a dense context. Open passages and visual connections enhance a sense of continuity across levels, making the home feel larger than its footprint. A simple palette of brick, wood, and stone reinforces its low-maintenance approach, while terraces and landscape elements extend the experience of space, air, and everyday comfort.
